New England Patriots’ Stevan Ridley Makes a Wish Come True at Major League Gaming National Championships in Providence
MLG and the Make-A-Wish Foundation helped make one young boy’s dream come true on Friday when they invited 9-year old Austin and his family to the National Championships in Providence to play a few rounds of Call of Duty: Black Ops with Stevan Ridley, Running Back for the New England Patriots. Austin, who, according to his mother, has had a controller in his hand since he was 6 months old, was also able to join Black Ops pros like Proofy, BigTymer and Rambo in a few CTF matches while being coached by the legendary Hastro. Dmaq had a chance to catch up with Austin and Stevan after a match in which the protege soundly defeated the NFL pro.
